 Templates for document artifacts and reports used in the project. There can also be templates for models and modeling elements, such as the design model.

The project-specific templates are used to present document artifacts and reports. All members in the project will use the project-specific templates.

Timing To top of page

The project-specific templates are developed as they are needed by the development. Note that in an iterative approach you go through the entire lifecycle in the first or second iteration which means that the project-specific templates need to be ready early in the project lifecycle.

Responsibility To top of page

The process engineer is responsible for defining and creating the project-specific templates.

What templates to have will vary between projects. Each template can be tailored and the details are described in the artifact description under the section titled "Tailoring".
